Since 2016, Visishta Sugar, Thyroid and Hormone Care has been Vizianagaram’s first superspeciality centre focused on endocrinology and diabetes. DM (Endocrinology), SVIMS—experience in tertiary endocrine care and district-level outreach.

With around nine years in endocrine practice, Dr. Chokkapu has previously served as Assistant Professor of Endocrinology at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati, bringing academic rigour to everyday patient care. He is a member of the Endocrine Society of India and the Indian Thyroid Society. Medical Council registration: 54215.
